Bruna Passos — Project Manager

Bruna holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, one of Brazil’s top universities. With a strong analytical background and a passion for structure and efficiency, she naturally transitioned into project management. Known for her clear communication and strategic thinking, Bruna successfully led projects that were delivered both on time and within budget, while ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders. She brings a balanced approach to leadership, driven by results, but always grounded in collaboration and purpose.

Kunwar Padda-Singh — Full Stack Developer

Kunwarbir Singh Padda is a skilled software developer currently serving as a Junior Software Developer at Coldsnake Digital Corporation. He brings expertise in various programming languages and frameworks, contributing to significant projects that empower Indigenous communities. Kunwar is dedicated to creating robust and efficient solutions through his role. He is also pursuing a Computer Science degree at the University of Victoria, with an expected graduation in 2027. Kunwar’s commitment to continuous learning and innovation drives his contributions to the tech industry.

Nikhil Dhillon — Full Stack

Nikhil Dhillon is a driven and detail-oriented software developer currently pursuing a BSc Honours in Computer Science at the University of Victoria. With practical experience in quality assurance, full-stack development, and artificial intelligence, he brings a strong technical foundation and a problem-solving mindset to every project. Nikhil has contributed to impactful software solutions through co-op placements and personal initiatives, consistently demonstrating a commitment to clean, scalable, and user-centric development. He is passionate about continuous learning and innovation, and outside of his professional interests, enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring new technologies.

Akim McMath — Front-End Developer

Akim is a dedicated software developer with a decade of experience, specializing in frontend development. Before joining Coldsnake Digital, Akim developed cross-platform mobile applications for various startup companies, bringing innovative ideas to life. His technical expertise spans a range of programming languages, with a particular focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and Kotlin. Akim holds a BA in Geography and Philosophy, with a concentration in Applied Ethics. His knowledge in geography helps him appreciate the significance of land and territory, while his study of applied ethics equips him to consider the moral and ethical implications involved in these complex issues.
